| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 24, 2006 Bottled. Sparkling, hazy orange beer with yeast-clouds drifting in it. Nice, medium, off-white head. Lots of banana-esters when poured, but they calm down after a while, and yeast and cloves finds their places. A bit thin mouthfeel with flavors of banana, lemon, cloves and some yeast. The finish has some metallic notes, as well as spices. Best enjoyed in a Bavarian Bier-garten on a hot summer day.
