Bier trip in Köln, yeah! Light banana, toffee aroma. Hazy pale orange, whick small head. Taste yeasty and wheaty. Medium finish.

On tap at The Ruck in Troy. Poured golden yellow with a white head that dissipated completely. The aroma was not as prevalent as I would like, but smelled of some fruit and spice. Taste was pretty standard for a hefe, but nothing too special. Tasted of a little banana with some aromatic spice; not as strong as Ayinger Brau Weisse. Was better with a twist of lemon.

A very enjoyable Hefe. Poured golden brown with nice puffy head. Smell and taste was banana with a touch of lemon. Clove taste also noticeable. In my book, not as good as Weihenstephaner...but my beer hating wife took THREE sips of this beer and said, "I could drink this." So, this will reappear in my fridge for certain. :)

Love the smell. I get caramel, citrus, honey, ginger, and butter. Medium brown cloudy appearance with off white head. Lightly sweet and acidic. Very nice.

Cloudy golden pour with a foamy white head that lasts a while. Aroma of yeast, wheat, banana, clove and citrus. Smells exactly how you expect a good hefe to smell. Flavor is yeasty and citrusy, with the spice coming through more on the finish. Smooth and refreshing on the palate. A really good hefe.

One of the better Euro beers to buy in bottle. A decent hefe as long as you swirl at the end. Good flavor and aroma, bananas and bubblegum. A good overall beer.

This is a great tasting beer I didn't know what I was getting into when I got it and I'm nicely surprised! Cloudy yellow gold. Didn't have a huge head but it did have a wonderful aroma and flavor. Sweet and yeasty nice and smooth.
