Great German hefe. One of the standards when it comes to the style. Looks beautiful - a hazy, orangish/bronze that’s cloudy and balanced. Small, off-white head as expected. I can smell it from about 18" away as I’m writing this review. Smells spicy, and of orange zest, bananas, hints of lemons and sweet vanilla. Tastes wonderfully smooth and balanced. Yeasty, like sourdough bread. Trademark characteristics - such as spice, vanilla and banana - are well done. Mouth watering. A great example of a perfectly carbonated hefe. Paulaner always manages to brew a fantastic beer.

500ml bottle in weizen glass. Pours cloudy orange with dense, lasting off-white head and some lacing. Aroma of banana, tangy orange, slight bread yeast. Tangy flavors of fruity orange with a hint of caramel and yeast. Medium-light body and medium carbonation make this a most refreshing brew and a personal fave. Great.

This was my favorite beer in an assortment of foreign beers i purchased. It has a nice golden color and a fruity aroma. I noticed a hint of banana but overall a nice wheat flavor.

one of my favorites. pretty common, and a good beer to drink on its own. dont recommend eating with it, its just a waste of beer if you do so.

Clody yellow appearance with a big foamy white head. Sweet aroma of malt, banana, pineapple and some citrus too. Flavor is mild bitter, malty, and a bit citric and yeasty. Thin texture, average carbonation, and very smooth. I’ve just tasted Heaven with this beer.

Masterful. Highly fruit and banana nose, with that ever inviting bubblegum scent as well. It’s appearance is solid, with a decent cloudy body and nice head. It’s flavor is sweet fruit, banana, vanilla perhaps, and definitely bubblegum like. I can’t say anything, but smooooth and refreshing. Awesome!

Bottle, poured into pint glass. Smooth and refreshing, tastes fruity (citrus) and a bit spicy. Very good aftertaste. Recommended.
