This is a great wheat beer. The last sip was as good as the first.

Hazy orange golden color with a massive puffy head, and a pleasant lemon banana aroma. Medium bodied with a silky mouthfeel, breadlike with apple, banana and pear flavors. Modestly sweet with a mild finish and very little aftertaste. A wonderful Hefeweizen.

for one that’s produced in that large amounts it’s a really good one in the more citric category

Damn I like this beer. Good rich flavor and very refreshing. I highly recomend this one, or any Paulaner for that matter

Great hefeweizen. Tends to form an excessive head sometimes(slightly irritating). But no real flaws as far as I’m concerned. I like to drink this with simple foods like a red apple, or perhaps just some bread and cheese(butterkaise). Very yeasty, as hefeweizen should be. Re-rate: I don’t enjoy this as much as I used to. I think it’s the weak finish. Still a good beer, but could be better. I am back-and-forth on this beer. I swear I must have had a bad bottle last time because now it seems great again. Maybe Paulaner has consistency problems?

The classic hefeweizen appearance ... hazy yellow-orange with a massive foamy head. Citric nose. Smooth banana flavors with the yeasty character.

A really good hefeweizen. Complex flavors with hints of bananas, apples and cloves. Pours a really nice hazy amberish orange color. Reccomended
