Had this one from the tap while on vacation in Chautaqua County, NY. Excellent all around. I shared it with some non-beer drinkers and every one said they could drink this one. Pleasant beyond words. Arrived with a small head. Aroma with pleasant with a touch of citrus, banana and cloves. Tasted like the aroma with a pleasant aftertaste. By the time my friends gave me it back, I had to order a second as the first was largely gone. Now I just need to find out where I can get this one in Alaska. quattroman (5), USA does not count | 5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 5/5 | 10/10 | 5/5 | 20/20 | Oct 30, 2006 This is the best beer in existence. I could not get enough of this beer when i was in Germany. I even purchased a six pack and carried 2 of the bottles through 10 other countries for over 2 months just to bring them home and let my friends try it. I also managed to score 2 beautiful paulaner 500ml glasses, easily the most asthetically pleasing beer glass in the world.
I love this beer. truly. madly. deeply. mpreston (10), Garland, Texas, USA

Lovely orangish tint. Lemony with a little yeast and orange on the back-end. Definately one of the best in the world. NPRugby11 (92), New York, USA

Has all the hallmarks, including that lovely banana taste, the only downside is it’s not quite as smooth as other hefe’s I’ve tried, still a brilliant beer none the less.
