Oct 12, 2004 Bottle - Nice banana and clove aroma - spicier than most. Cloudy orange/tan color - very pretty. Spicy flavor with subtler banana and citrus. This is one of the more consistent Weizens that tastes as good in the states as it does in Germany. The one I’m drinking now doesn’t seem as strong tasting as it usually does.

Aug 10, 2009 One of my favorite Hefes-nice balance-clove nicely modulating the sublte banana, vanilla and cookie-like breadiness.Creamy texture with lively carbonation that doesn’t overwhelm the flavor. First rate.

Dec 13, 2005 My favorite Hefe and I’ve tried all of them that I can but keep going back. Golden pour..Head doesn’t stay too long. Smells of citrus and honey maybe some banana in there too.. Very refreshing after being outside all day. Excellent flavor that doesn’t stay too long.Makes you want another drink. I could drink this until I pass out which I do sometimes..

Mar 31, 2006 The best Hefeweizen I have had so far. Found this at Bevmo and was surprised by how good it was. You can definately taste the wheat. If you are ever going through the Munich airport, they have it on Tap!

Mar 31, 2007 This had an average head.aroma was a pleasant wheaty-floral.The color was straw.Palate was above average.It tasted quite balanced and had a good body for a wheat and non of the sourness most have.I really enjoyed this beer.I plan to buy more and share.

Nov 5, 2006 Wow, this is the beer that got me on my German beer kick. I love it. The taste the texture, many people like stiffer beers. I mean I do too, but this beer tastes like nothing I have ever had before it. It really showed me how complex beers can be and that they aren’t just for tailgate parties. I will be with this beer until the end!

Nov 6, 2006 Bottle. Wonderful golden yellow color and subtle citrus taste typical of hefeweizens. This is one excellent weissbier. One of my favorites.
