The smell is sour, sweet fruit drink, lime, yeast, herbs, apricot jam, and earthy notes.
The carbonation is strong and refreshing with medium sized bubbles that tickle the tongue.
The smell is soft, sourish with an earthy flavour of yeast, apricots, and hazelnuts. The body is surprisingly strong for a Weiss bier. The aftertaste is a bit perfumed with some sweet-sour notes.
A well crafted classic German Weiss bier. I liked it! DerWeg (762), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Classic banana/clove flavors integrate well with slight lemony acidity. Satisfies my palate as well as any micro beer could. No bitter yeastiness, great example of style, don’t miss it if you haven’t yet tried a German HW you like. beergut111 (210), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

This beer had a very strong citrus taste which I really enjoyed. Nice even lacing. Very very slight hop bitterness, and a sweet honeyish flavor. Typical of a hefe. as (117), Novi Beograd, Serbia

Delightful Weizen - cloudy, yeasty with a wide range of aromas: orange, lemon, banana, wheat, coriander. Flowery hoppy aftertaste. Really refreshing and enjoyable, especially now in the summer. Nose has a noticeable banana aroma with a hint of citrus. The flavor is pretty consistent with the good German hefes with definite cloves and perhaps a little coriander. Especially like the 5L mini kegs- kind of hard to find, but worth the search. This is one of the best examples that i’ve tasted of this type; therefore, tends to disappear rather quickly when my hefe-drinking buddy pays a visit.
