Pours to a dark golden hue with lots of carbination and forms a nice head. Flavor is excellent and certainly dont recommend a lemon in it, not necessary. kringlan (20), Falun, Sweden

Hazy, cloudy and beautifully golden. Medium whitish head. Creamy mouth feel, carbonation fairly high. Aroma of wheat, banana (strong), lemon, orange, cloves (faint) and yeast. Strong banana flavor with wheat, lemon, orange and cloves; maybe a hint of toffee. Aftertaste of bitter grapefruit. Very, very nice! Wonderfully refreshing! Can’t wait to drown some on a hot day! Pours a translucent golden amber with a thick white head that lingers and leaves a nice lacing on the glass. Nice yeasty aroma with hints of citris and banana. Mouth feel and taste are outstanding. Light, refreshing and not over done with citrius like lesser hefes. If it werent for the price of a six, this would be my top choice for an every day hefe. Nice fluffy white head slowly dissapaited but held on towards the end. As Lynyrd Skynyrd sang, "oooh that smell’ Love the aroma, pure Bavarian Hefe, clove and banana. Flavor is spicy, sweet, a bit musty. Palate is a bit prickly on the tongue. I wish I could bathe in Bavarian hefe’s and Paulaner is top notch. Middle gets a little bit of lemon and Apricot. Finish with aromatic hops and a long animating bitterness. rob6239 (25), Ontario, Canada

It is a very light blonde colour with a frothy white head. Doesn’t seem as cloudy as other wheat beers. A noticeable fruity aroma. I found it tasted more like a lager and might appeal to first-time wheat beer drinkers. When I looked for it in the aftertaste, I could notice the bananas. Bhef25 (35), USA
