Oct 23, 2007 Pours a cloudy orange with a strong nose of bananna corriander and citrus. A good leveling of hops in the medium to light body. Legs are top lined and not complex. Images of Alpine chalets and moutain lakes appear out of nowhere. I need some bratwurst and some pretzels!

Sep 21, 2007 Aroma of wheat, apples, and citrus. Appearance is a cloudy tan with a creamy white head. Sweet flavor with an excellent balance of fruit and grains. Palate has good body and moderate carbonation. Overall an outstanding hefeweizen.

Apr 19, 2007 12 oz bottle served at the Bull Run Inn. Served in a tall pint glass with lemon. The beer’s body resembled a sort of witbier. The taste differed in the sense that it was a bit more wheatier. Nice beer. Smooth, good taste. This brew pwns any other gimp-ass beers in its league.

huge, long-lasting white head.
light amber color. a little cloudy. unfiltered. slight lacing.
smell: rather complex. orange, wheat, banana, clove. some other scents i can’t quite place.
taste: a nice wheat flavor. malty. the fruit flavors are not strong at all. complex bitterness.
mouthfeel: light carbonation is perfect. it has a nice crispness.
overall: a great representation of the style! give it a try for sure!

Mar 2, 2007 16.9 oz can...Clean, dark-gold orange appearance with a generous snow-white head. Aroma is of banana bubblegum. Palate is a bit light and watery. Flavor is of citrus, banana, and bubblegum. Not too bitter, not too sweet, this wheat tastes amazingly balanced. Would love to get some more of this stuff.
