Apr 28, 2003 Wonderful German Weisse. Beautiful cloudy orange colour with a huge, white, and lasting head. Great banana aroma and a very nice fruity flavour. Quite sweet as the style prescribes, but hop presence is more pronounced here than in e.g. Erdinger or Franziskaner.

Apr 10, 2002 Updated: Feb 13, 2005Wonderful aroma. Banana is particularly strong, some cloves, and a bit of citrus. Light hops and wheat. Cloudy (unfilt.) golden dark amber with creamy, off-white lacing head. Palate is ligh-medium watery with gentle carbonation. Starts sweet with wheat and banana, citrus. Light acidity kicks in for a weaker sweet finish. After is bready and a bit sweet, with a pleasant level of acidity and low bitterness. Fruity.

Jul 18, 2002 mmmhhhh, citrus, yeasty aroma with hints of cloves and dough. Nice Cloudy orange color. Taste vanilla, banana and yeast. Creamy with a lively carbonation. Wonderful wheat, unbeatable on hot days outside in a beergarden!

Mar 17, 2002 Not being my favorite style, I loved this; it was amazingly refreshing. Poured beautifully with a thick foam head and a very cloudy body. Citrus and a wonderful malt, hop balance make this a must have during the summer.

Aug 2, 2006 Brown-yellow cloudy appearance with white head.
Banana aroma with notes of vanilla, cloves and roasted malt.
Sweet flavor with notes of banana and wheat. Somewhat dry finish.
My favorite german wheat.

Feb 14, 2002 I really liked this beer. I could kind of smell Bannana aroma which was very nice. My friends have tryed it and have not liked it due to a skunky taste but that was not the case with the bottle that I had. I would try this one again!
