In my opinion this ranks best for Hefe's, thick white head, light golden color, & clean aroma. This paulaner is very light on your palate & does just what u ask a hefe to do... Refresh!

A perfect wheat beer! Cloves and various spices detected right away, follow through in the first pull. Strong mouthfeel. Sweet, almost fruity, malts. Prost!

Bottled. The flavor had an excellent combination of yeast, fruit (banana and orange), and soy sauce. Good carbonation, not too gassy. Excellent to sup with. I love this beer!

great, great beer. it’s all been said here. just a wonderful summer time beer, and personally I think it’s the best hefe out there. I’ve yet to taste one better.

One of the best Hefeweizen’s in the world. Cloudy yellow/orange color with great cirtusy aroma. Pour it into a tradiitonal hefeweizen glass for best taste.

This is the first hef that i ever had and it is my favorite for that reason. There are better ones out there. but this one has a lot of nostalgia behind it for me.

Absolutely Brillliant Hefeweiss. I had this in a pub (Bukowski’s) in Back Bay Boston. The waitress made a special point to leave the yeast at the bottom of the bottle and then return a few minutes later after the head settled to finishing pouring the end of the beer plus yeast. Delicious, refreshing taste. I taste fresh grass in the brew with a hint of citrus. Highly recommended.
