Very good beer. I really liked this one. I am by no means a professional, but this was good, albeit more expensive than I am used to, but since this is my first stab at "good" beers, I was willing to sacrifice.

Cloudy amber with a big creamy head and lace. Nice fruity, hoppy aroma. Very Tasty! Excellent flavor, and everything perfectly balanced. Very enjoyable.

Nice Hefeweizen, just not the best ever in my opinion. It is very easy to drink. It starts off bitter but becomes less bitter as you drink it. Very pleasant aftertaste as well.

Got this one on tap at Old Chicago in Madison. Hazy gold pour, some citrus flavor, minimal bitterness. Excellent hefe.

Bottle dated 05/2007. Cloudy, golden appearance. I was barely able to see the outline of my fingers through the glass. Banana flavor followed by very subtle honey and citrus notes. A nice accompaniment to sitting outside by the pool.

29.08.2008, 0,5l Bottle. The colour is golden and the beer is cloudy and lively carbonated. Fruity aroma with citrus and flowers. Very fresh and good beer.

From bottle. August Dayton Beer Tasting event - Favorite Summer Brews. Pours cloudy yellow/orange with big, long-lasting white head. Classic Hefe aroma of banana, clove, and grain. Balanced flavors with a long finish. One f my go to Germans.

Cloudy amber color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of wheat, slight banana & clove; Flavor primarily of wheat & banana, some light citrus as well; Very nicely balanced; This is an excellent hefe-weizen - right up there with Weihenstephaner.
