Has a light orange color with rich white head. Aroma is of banana, but not overwhelmingly so. Also note some unidentifiable citrus as well. Tastes of banana and apricot as well as phenols (clove and styrifoam?). Still the best hefe I’ve had. latneyblunk (40), Kentucky, USA

Tastes of wonderful spicy wheat and a little butter flavor from the malt which is nice. Finishes suprisingly clean after all the complexity. A brilliant example of a weizen that should serve as a control for rating other Hefe-Weizens. DownsouthGav (601), Greater London, England
