I was barely able to see the outline of my fingers through the glass. Banana flavor followed by very subtle honey and citrus notes. A nice accompaniment to sitting outside by the pool. While most are similar in style and character, few make my mouth water when looking back on them. This beer however sets that tone, and not bad for a mass produced beer easily available. tennisjoel (951), Shakopee, Minnesota, USA

The usual for this style, banana and clove. Refreshing summer beer. Another quality hefe from the Germans, who rarely disappoint with this style. They know their wheat beers well. jimvy (131), O’Fallon, Missouri, USA

Aroma is full of the nice hefe phenols...cloves and bananas along with a hint of wheat. Very nice....somewhat subtle. Flavor: big bananas upfront, finishes with a hint of spice. Some bubblegum in the finish. Carbonation is high and the body is light. Overall, a very nicely done beer....refreshing. Definitely a nice beer for a hot summer day. Banana is a little too prominent for my own taste, but I can’t knock them for that.
