Nov 13, 2007 A nice slightly off white head with a copper hue body. The smell is malty and floral. The taste is malty wheaty and slightly hoppy. The finish is nice, making you quench for more. Enjoyed this oktoberfest.

Nov 12, 2007 My favorite beer. I rated it higher than most people because I personally like it better than anything else I have tried thus far. Nice amber color with a light caramel head and nice lacing as it goes down. Malty and delicious!!

Nov 7, 2007 Fresh malt and soft, unobtrusive aroma in a willibecker...nice one-inch head on an orange body...basically, the picture I imagine when ordering an Octoberfest... soft palate with a classic crispness...a slightly nutty malt taste...substantial body and a strong presence...a bit sweet too...the sweetness and strength are plusses....versatile and accessible, but with enough character not to be derivative...

Nov 6, 2007 Disappointing as I enjoy several beers from Paulaner. Poured into lager glass. Very oily and dirty taste. Nice copper appearance is unfortunately countered by little hop or malt flavor, just a slick residue that became rather hot and acidic with warmth and cloying aftertaste.

Nov 3, 2007 0.5 l can. Well, can’t believe what I read here, mine poured crystal clear golden body with small head. Maybe darker than other pale lagers, but definitely not orange or amber... Quite nice, but weak aroma of some malts, yeasty a bit. Also, bit of flower hops. Flavor is a bit sweet, overall very neutral, let’s say light in a bit watery way, still pleasant. Low carbonation. Finish is sweetish, not long neither short. Extra alcohol punch is not felt while drinking. Pretty decent beer, although I’m not impressed. And I can’t get the point of the style yet, either...

Nov 3, 2007 Bottle sampled. Pours a orange/copper color with a medium white head. Aroma of toasted malt, caramel, and bread. Flavor ia well balanced and smooth with sweet malt, caramel, earthy hops, and a hint of toffee with a nice crisp finish.

Nov 1, 2007 Orange in color with light aroma. Also light in the flavor catagory. I was expecting much more from this Munich German Beer. I have found better Oktoberfest beers from my local brew pubs here in Minnesota.
