Jun 17, 2007 Good beer. Pours a golden orange color with almost no head. Taste like honey with a little bit of hops. Pretty good and goes down smooth.

Jun 7, 2007 Bottle. Pours an amber/golden color with a medium off white head that diminishes quickly to paper thin. The aroma is nutmeg and some spice. Laces nicely with hoppy taste with some wheat and a crisp finish.

Jun 7, 2007 Appearance: Light rustic amber in color. Good clarity. Two-inch head settles quickly leaving a few straggler bubbles behind.
Smell: An alluring aroma of earthy malts, day-old biscuits, and a pinch of yeastiness. As it warms, I’m smelling more and more caramel.
Taste: Honey and sweet toasted grains in the forefront, with a touch of cinnamon, followed by a dry (though gentle) hop finish. Alcohol is hardly apparent at all.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. The carbonation, though a bit low, helps to give it a little extra life on the tongue.
Drinkability: Simple, flavorful, and light. Ultimately, its all very refreshing. Buy yours today!

May 25, 2007 Cleaner that many OFests, with a milder toasted caramelized Munich malt flavor, but with a bright aroma and flavor. Very drinkable without compromising flavor. A very nice and drinkable example of a real marzen.
