Bouteille de 330 ml. La bière se présente avec une couleur modeste qui reste. Au nez on découvre des arômes semblable à une pilsner Allemande mais en moins franc, c’est-à-dire du grain frais et du houblon floral. En bouche le corps est mince-moyen et les saveurs sont le grain ainsi qu’une touche fruité et du houblon peu amère. La bière me rappelle la Swiss Mountain en meilleur. La finale est sucrée. Très Facile à boire.

Aug 19, 2008 (Bottle) Pours a golden straw color with a large white head. Aroma of light hop and smooth grains. Not particularly hoppy in my opinion, despite the description. Light yeast flavors in the finish. The solid, clean flavor is nothing really overly special... but it’s still a great beer to drink on a regular basis.

Aug 17, 2008 Biggish very white shiny lasting head. Golden body. Clean fruity straw aroma with minty grassy notes. Dryish straw and fruit taste. Clean, soft mouthfeel. Harmonic and balanced. A bit chalky. Dry apple and grass aftertaste with minty notes and traces of oranges. Very nice. (0.5l bottle, Rewe, München.)

Aug 6, 2008 Draught at Bier Markt King West. Bright & clear golden with a good sized white head. Very inviting aroma of toasted malt and spicy/herbal hops with a hint of cereal. Medium mouthfeel with a tingly finish from the carbonation. Flavour follows the aroma, with the hops developing a slight lemony note in the finish. A really enjoyable lager.

Jul 25, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear yellow with a creamy white head. Light wheaty ester aroma, light fruity too. Light fruity hops flavour, mild yeasty and with a nice set of mild esters. Light fruity and mild bitter finish.
