| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jan 3, 2008 The bottle looks really good, better than the other Paulaner-bottles. The beer in the glass also. Flavor very strong in the beginning, in the end much too malty - nasty! yespr (12320), Copenhagen O, Denmark

Mild malty and wheaty/fruity aroma. Classic wheat flavour swept in a nice bed of caramel malt flavours which take out most of the banana and bubblegum notes. Ends with a mild malt lingering flavour. mvcramer (229), Arlington, Massachusetts, USA

Delicious brew – strong banana/bubblegum/clove esters that you seek in a quality Dunkel. Excellent sweet malty notes and a nice finish. The beer just rolls across your palate and delights along the way. Fabulous. I wish that this was available on draft in the USA. altonbrownd (1943), Amsterdam, Netherlands
