Dark red-brown colored, medium beige head. Sweetness, roastiness, mild caramel and coffee in aroma. Medium bodied with some carbonation. Sweet roasted start in flavor, ends with hoppy tones, aftertaste is lasting with sweetness and brown sugar. Maybe little bit of too sweet, but still nice refreshing dunkel.

(Draught@Kaisla, Helsinki, 4.9% ABV) Dark cola color with a small head. Sweetish, grainy-malty aroma with berries and a hint of smoke. Sweetish berry (red and black currant), moderately burned flavor with lots of grainy malt. At least medium-bodied palate with quite high carbonation. Surprisingly full-bodied and malty for a dunkel, although it is quite grainy-sugary also. Some similarities to Saku Tume and German Doppelbocks, but in a milder package. A positive surprise.

Bottle. Brown colour, hint of red. Unstable head. Metallic aroma. Sugary flavour, thin mouthfeel. Little aftertaste. Boring, but quite drinkable.

Brown with limited creamy head. Malty aroma. Flavour is sweet toffee and not very complex. An ok session beer, not much else.

Bottled. Aroma is very interesting, light smoked, caramel, light nutty, herbal. Brown color, beige head, good lace. Light sweet, herbal, bitter, caramel, light sourish. Bit on the thin side but overall a very interesting Dunkel.

A clear red beer with a thin light brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel and nuts. The flavor is sweet nutty combined with some notes of caramel, and with a quite dry end.
