Mild, but nice spicy hop aroma. medium body and smooth. Light flavor is mildly sweet pale malts with a decently bitter spicy hop finish. A good lawn mower brewski here. 9297 Codythegreat (146), Carrollton, Georgia, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 27, 2008 Pours a very light, hazy yellow. I couldn’t really get a feel for the aroma because it was light. The flavor was pretty OK but it seems to be more like a glorified pale lager. I like the other Paulaner beers better. I drank this out of a lager glass. malrubius (1005), Valley Stream, New York, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 16, 2008 12 ounce bottle in pint glass. Yellow gold with lasting ring. Bread honey and lemon aroma. Very mild honey flavor, mild spiciness without much finish. Smooth and clean but less complex than other lagers. Medium-light body, medium carbo. Pretty decent. | 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 11, 2008 Updated: Sep 17, 2009Bottle 330ml. Poured pale gold with the slightest haze and a rocky, off-white head which was average lasting. Aroma was of sweet grainy malts with very light hoppy notes, straw, light notes clove and hints of lemon citrus. Flavor was a very mild bitterness with notes of sweet wholegrain bread, hay, light notes of honey, hints of lemon, the slightest suggestion of dried pear and a clean finish. Light bodied with medium carbonation, a watery texture, thin mouthfeel and a short length finish. TheSponge (281), Lynnwood, Washington, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 6, 2008 1 pint, 9 fl. oz bottle. Pours a pale golden yellow. Flavor: Hints of corn and rice, with very little hops. (Then again, my palate might be spoiled because I’m all about hoppy IPA’s.) Overall, this one is perfect for a hot summer day....right after mowing the lawn or hosting a backyard barbeque. LordDrachen (19), Italy

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Feb 26, 2008 Bottle: Pours a transparent light light yellow. Bubbly with a thin head. Earthy grain aroma, I also get some corn, maybe some rice. Tastes of fresh cut grass and hops. Some white bread is also present. The palate is thin, but well balanced and smooth. Tasty indeed. Blonde claire, un peu de collet. Arome d’houblon très sec, céréal malté faible. Goût légèrement malté, un peu de céréal mi-croustillant, peu d’arrière goût. Rien de spectaculaire, juste buvable!
