A dull beer with little life to it. I didn’t like it at all. The old ball and chain couldn’t even finish her glass. I found it it rather unmanly.

Had thid beer on 5/5/1999. Color is a light, hazy gold with good carbonation and light head. Aroma is very light, but a thin scent of malt is there. Taste clean and smooth. It starts with a light crisp body that goes smooth as silk with a light malt bite. The finish is a sweet malt flavor with light hop character and a mild light hop bitterness.

pours clear yellow with a small white head, good lacing. smell is wheat, some hops, dried hay, malts. taste is on the sweet side, bread dough, grainy, ends bitter and dry. this beer actually grows on you and gets better as you partake.

Bottle: produced 08/07 - pours a clear pale yellow-straw with a white head that collapses to a thinny, many small streams of bubbles work their way up as it waits for me to sniff and take a sip, has malt, bread and sweet fragrances with a faint flower-grass hop aroma, faint grain fragrances, clean and straight forward aromas, sip has a taste of some malt and faint sweetness that is fleeting, light bitterness on the tongue comes in to balance, not lots of flavor but not flavorless either, has a medium mouth feel, light on the palate, finished is pretty dry that leaves some bitterness, I would love this beer with pizza.

Poured a clear golden yellow with a decent foamy white head that slowly disapated. It had a slight citrus aroma. There was a nice crisp clean taste but not much as far as flavor. There was a little bitter bite at the finish. I hoped the beer tasted as good as it looked in the glass.

On tap at Paulaner Munich on our honeymoon. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Light aroma of sweet and grainy malt. Sweet clean flavors. Citrus and yeast. Lightly dry in the finish. Decent.

Bottle. Nose is biscuity grains. Solid flavor but uncomplex. Somewhat rough palate with a dry finish.

Clear golden yellow lager-ish color with a foamy white head. Pretty bland and predictable grainy, slightly skunky aroma with a hint of hops. Flavors were similarly grainy with a pretty decent hoppiness. Very bready characteristic. Medium carbonation, pretty light-bodied, nearly watery. Nothing special, but I wish I saw BMC drinkers having these now and again...
