Light-gold in color, with a fluffy white head that seems to dissapate quickly. Malty, light-bodied beer. I like German lagers and this is a pretty good one. A very good summer beer because it is not too heavy. Yet, it has way more flavor than American mega-brews. Nothing outstanding, just a good German lager. almopina (87), Madrid, Spain

Flavor is fairly malty, more than I was expecting from this light beer. Light bitterness. Metallic aftertaste. OK. STEPHENDR (478), California, USA

Also had this in a can late at night in the main Munich subway station and not so memorable. Page 354 of Michael Jackson’s Great Beer Guide and only 298 of his 500 Classic Brews to go. | 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 5/5 | 4/10 | 4/5 | 7/20 | Mar 5, 2007 Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a pint glass, golden with a medium white head. Aroma was very faint with a touch of malt and grain. The taste was like a lightly malted mineral water. Not really to my taste, but not offensive in any way.
