| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 1/5 | 9/20 | Jun 6, 2009 Moderately strong aroma of hay, banana, and clove. Clear yellow thin white head. Lemony corn and clean. A good palate cleanser, but not a drain pour. I wanted to rate this lower, but I couldn’t in good conscience rate it lower than Budweiser or Icehouse. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 6, 2009 Yellow gold beer that poured a small white cap that faded leaving only a ring. Lots of lasting carbonation and a small ammount of spotty lacing. Aroma is pretty much all malts, dry, grassy, grainy and a little sweet - it’s possible that there are some hops there too. Malt flavoured beer with grains and a suprisingly invisible hop taste that does dish out a good ammount of bitterness considering the small quantity of hops that’s probally in here. Mouthfeel is quite soft with a dryness and nearly zero bitterness. Aside from the malts, the only other thing to notice is the sour middle. Medium bodied. I pretty much guzzled this during the tasting. jkm (189), Australia

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 3, 2009 Amazingly clear beer that had a deep gold body, and a thick white head, tons of bubbles columns are swirling up from the bottom of the beer. Sweet malty aroma, that has a slightly sour finish, can’t pick up any of the hops, not a bad smell its just kind of there. Good mouth feel, full, nice and crisp, and nice carbonation and to me mouth feel is one of the best indications of a quality beer. Very malty beer, malt malt and more malt is what I taste, extremely mild hop taste I would have liked to have tasted more in the brew. The beer has more of a sour finish rather then a bitter one, as well as bread, wheat, and melon flavored bubble gum also show up in the flavor. This is a good malty beer thats enjoyable, but maybe a touch boring but still tasty. Pinball (2991), Allerød, Denmark
