11/12/08 from the bottle. Aroma is caramel sweetness forward with very light DMS. Appearance is clear yellow with a well maintained white head. Flavor is sweet/sour malt forward, but light, with moderate/low noble bittering. Mouthfeel is light bodied with a moderate carb texture. Overall, malt forward, but not a very dominant beer.

Drinked from Tap at München airport. Some how i didn’t like it like my friends always saying must drink lager. Well bit hoppy but i coudn’t balance it that much. For me another lager without anything speacial.

Pretty darn good example of a helles. Nice golden pour with just enough carbonation. Has a nice aroma of soft german hops and a sweet light malty aroma. Taste is mildly bitter with the majority of the flavor emphasized on the malt. Squeaky clean finish. This would be a good beer to introduce someone into craft brewing.

pale gold with a fizzy white head that quickly recedes. Sweet earthy malt and hints of sulfur, a touch of day-old cut grass. Sweet up front then balanced by slightly spicy hops. finish is light and mild malt. a nice all around easy drinker.

Pale straw yellow, creamy white head. Grassy corn aroma. Very grassy tastes, a bit of lingering corn and kind of rough on the finish.
