On tap at Birreria del Pratello, Bologna. Quite mild, grainy, smooth and easy drinking. Unlikely to offend - this is made to be drunk in quantities.

[bottle] Inviting aroma of caramely, spicy malt laced with fresh noble hops. Crystal clear amber with foamy white top that drops to a thin cover. Strong, yet crisp, spicy malt--almost black peppery--with plenty of German hops. Slight walnut flavour playing of the noticable elevated ethanol. Also a touch of dried fruit and tobacco. Medium carbonation, medium body, spicy finish.

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of caramel, while the flavor is sweet malty, but also with notes of caramel, and a light touch of straw, leading to a dry end.
