Bottle. Amber colour with a small tan head. Malty, light fruity aroma and a sweet caramel malty, fruity taste. Medium body with a sweet finish.

Found this one in Leipzig. Couldn’t find a date on it. Poured an amber color with a nice off-white head. Very malty nose with some fruits involved. Very rich mouthfeel, and just slides down the throat. Well balanced. A good brew.

Bottle. Orange amber pour with a tan head. Smells of sweet malt, nuts, and a faroff hint of funk. Crisp and medium-bodied, very malty with caramel and toffee, would make a very nice candy bar. Finishes a bit like an Alt, dark malts and caramel with hoppy bitterness. Dry. Not bad, could drink a lot of this.

Bottle. Clear orangey amber colour with a slim, creamy white head. Nice malty and caramel nose with apricot. Taste is malts, caramel , some light fruit and nuts. Long lightly bitter finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Very good indeed..

(bottle) Clear amber colour with a big foamy slightly off-white head. Malty nose with caramel. Taste of toasted malts with caramel and nuts with a blend of hops in the profane finish, thus not bad.

Bottle
Orange amber colour, fleeting tanned head. Wooden and ashen apricot aroma wraped in cardboardy malt. Wood and caramel malty flavors, some fruit notes, H2O exit - overall pretty boring. Medium bodied, wellagered mouthfeel.

On tap at the Huber Haus. Rich dark amber in color. White dynamic head. We drank this out of a friendship glass with seven little numbers printed around the top of the 1L fluted glass. Aroma was a rich malty caramel nose. Flavor was outstanding nutty and toasted malt. Strong sweetness is well balanced by the higher level of hops. A good beer to share with your friends. Just stay off my number.

Bottled: Amber coloured, quickly vanishinfg yellowish head; medium to full bodied; malty (caramel) nose, maly, nutty taste, leading to a slightly bitter finish; a typical example of it’s style; not bad !
