Great with sausage. I’m coming around full circle and starting to crave lagers after a decade long abandonment. Sometimes, nothing is better with a meal then a simple well made lager. This is a very clean tasting beer. Not much head, bright gold, crisp. Faint but nice smell of sweet malt. Faint bready taste, and finishes nice and dry. Damn good pilsener!

Sep 12, 2008 Bottle. Poured a clear yellow color with a two finger white head that quickly dissipated. Aroma of pale malt and some slight lemon citrus. Flavor of pale malt, bread and a bitter hop bite on the end. A little too light bodied, but a good beer.
