| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 20, 2009 Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of Quack-Duck. It pours a clear pale golden beer with a white head. The aroma is deeply inviting with a strong raspberry component emerging which is accompanied by vanilla and lovely hops. Sweat, lemon peel and gooseberry showing up in the taste. Great hop profile. Biscuity with hints of white bread. Decent bitterness. Good balance. Long dry finish which is reminiscent of raspberry. A lovely pils with plenty of character. Thanks a lot Quack-Duck! faroeviking (6124), BjórtjóðveldiðBjórheimBjórsins, Faroe Islands
