Bottle. Poured gold with a thick white head. Light hoppy aroma with a tiny bit of citrus. Malt and hops flavour, nicely balanced. Lingering hop finish. A fine example of the style. Light enough in alcohol to be a session beer. Prosit!

Aug 28, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Pours a golden color with a light white head. Had a malty, slightly skunky flavor. Taste of malts and maybe a little caramel at the very end. Finished smooth. Light bodied. Very bland and undignified. Pretty disappointing.

Aug 18, 2008 Bottle poured a clear yellow with a lasting white head and good lacing. Aromas of straw and citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, bread and light citrus with a crisp dry moderatly bitter finish.

Aug 16, 2008 Not my favorite pilsener. Straw and grassy pilsener flavor, but a little fizzy and weak for me. Crisp brief finish. Very mild and watery flavor. A little on the sweet side.

Aug 10, 2008 Pours a pale yellow gold (straw) with a white head that ran away to a ring and sparse cover, aroma of pilsner malt, bread and faint honey sweetness, faint hop grass fragrance, malt and bread flavors, has a gentle less then medium hop bitterness, nice beer.

Aug 9, 2008 (Bottle). Nice yeasty aroma. Pours a typical pilsener yellow, with a moderate white head. Flavor is a little mild, but appropriately balanced between malt and hops. Finish is dry and mild, could use a touch more bitterness.
