Bottled. Cloudy pale yellow color, short head. Aroma of some honey, bit dusty, pale malt, grain. Bit bitter taste, sweet, hint of honey. Honey is very weak, and that’s for the better, cause usually it’s quite overdone. Decent brew.

Aroma is citric, bit yeasty, hoppy/grainy. Cloudy, yellow coloured with a lasting, white head. Taste is sweet, bit bitter, has some honey and is quite dusty. Quite carbonated. Refreshing.

Courtesy of bierkoning, ty Edo! Hazy pale yellow, small white head. Citrusy fruity aroma with hints of coriander, no honey found. Fizzy carbonation. Medium-bodied. Citrusy flavor, refreshing. It has some honey in the flavor, but it is not dominating at all. Not complex, but pretty ok.

Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized white head, which disappears quite fast. Aroma is fruity, earthy and some mild rubberyness. Flavour is honey, citrus, some breadyness and grassy hops also. Honey and hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste. Quite nice.

Straw and very hazy, almost murky and the head is huge and lasting. The aroma has sweetness, honey and the flavour also is sweet with notes of honey and citrus. It’s smooth and not very unlike a wheat, but the honey is very clear all the way through. Thank you Bierkoning for this one!

Bottled 30 nov 2007 and drunk the same day. Not surprisingly it is blonde, very cloudy and has no head. Wanted to try it, however. Honey in the aroma. Sweet honeyish flavor with a hint of citrusfruit. No carbon. Has potential, but has to mature, of course. Will re-rate in a month or so. 06-01-08: same brew. Has developed a significant head. Honey, citrus and a hint of soap in the aroma. Milky, honeyish flavor, slightly flowery with citrus and some hopbitterness in the aftertaste. Fairly well balanced.
