After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity not wall adhesive light brown foam collar which was fine and evenly of structure. The beer also contained no carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a thick brown color and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppybitter with a drop-like touch. This beer smells acidulously.

Bottle, 6.5%. Fruity aroma with some alcohol. Cloudy red blond aroma. Small tan head. The flavour is malty bordering on buttery. A hint of cardboardy fruitiness.

Courtesy of bierkoning, thanks Edo! Hazy nutty brown color, small brownish head. Very grainy, yeasty aroma with notes of toffee. Very caramelly, yeasty, sweet malty beer. Not really a bock, more like dubbel with toffee and spelt, which adds some grainy notes.

Bottled. Deep hazy brownish amber colour with mediumsized off white head. Aroma is sweet malts, fudge, some yeast and mild notes of alcohol. Flavour is fudge, very bready, some yeast as well as some fruityness lurking. Aftertaste is quite fruity and caramellish/toffeeish which then turns into a bit sour wooden. Quite interesting.

Bottle bought at the brewery. Brown color, cloudy, large chunks of yeast. caramel, honey and orange in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor, somewhat sugary with honey, hints of cinnamon and orange. Some milk chocolate and alcohol. Medium bodied. More a dubbel as a bock, but certainly not unpleasant and with enough character to challenge the sweetness.
