Feb 23, 2009 Bottle. Brown color. Anis, cinnamon and coreander in the aroma and flavor. The aroma is pleasant enough, the spices in the flavor are a bit too dominant and get annoying after a while. Malty, caramelly sweet. Sticky mouthfeel.

Jan 28, 2009 Bottle at Winterbierfestival, Gouda: Amber coloured brew with some taste of coriander, cinnamon and anise and give the beer some medicinal abilities.

Jan 26, 2009 Bottle@WinterbierFestival09. Aroma of Jägermeister. Cloudy, fizzy quickly disappearing head, no lace. Sweet, very spicy, again Jägermeister but lots of water added. Very sticky mouthfeel. Amateuristic and unbalanced.

Jan 25, 2009 Bottle at WBF ’09 Gouda. Amber brown colour, off-white head. Strong aroma of cough syrup, christmas spices, especially star anise and cinnamon. Flavour is sweet, very spicy, coughsyrup and cinnamon again, with a hint of anise in the finish. A bit on the thin side, but OK. Really spicy brew.
