Aroma is fruity, yeasty and spicy dominated by coriander. Flavor is refreshing, fruity, sweet, sourish and quite typical. OK, nothing extraordinary. Cornfield (4977), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 14, 2007 The head is smallish, but elsewise, it has a good, cloudy pale straw body. It has an aroma of sweet wheat malt, coriander, and a slice of lemon. Light bodied but quite carbonated. The flavor is reflective of the nose except that the wheat gets a bit sweeter, fortunately offset by the lemony tartness. Not a bad warm weather refresher.
