Mar 22, 2009 A dark amber orange ale with a thick off white head. A doughy aroma of grainy malt, cream, light acidic points, and warming alcohol. A sourish ale with mineral notes, lemon...seemed like an infected strong ale, or a rather light bodied gueuze. Overall, dissapointing. Bottle at Volo, March 21 2009, 9.95$ down the drain.

Cloudy amber, sweet with some yeastiness. I should probably have let the sediment rest a bit in this one. Fruity, some Belgian style sourness. Quite decent as it warms up.

Jul 28, 2007 Pours murky orange/red with tiny beaded head and a little oil slick. Nose is lightly fruity with apples and lemon. More of the same in the flavour. Not especially good.

Dec 10, 2006 Bottle. Pours a hazy/muddy brown-orange body with a small white ring of head. Caramel and toasted malt aroma with light fruity notes and rubber. Grainy fusel alcohol with some sour fruit notes. Interesting but not a true stand-out

Pours thick hazy amber with respectable fine white top (4- ).
Soft, clean warming alcohol aroma. Smooth ale, slightly sour at edges, substantial fruity sweetness. Gentle soft bitterness just made this beer even better.
