Chocolate flavor, rather milky, roasted notes. Quite mild finish with hops adding balance to the beer. DougShoemaker (2856), Toronto, Canada
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Feb 21, 2008 Soft hop and malt combine for a pleasing aroma, cloudy copper, small toffee head. Flavour has a good malt profile, bitterness comes along later. Medium bodied, well balanced, good mouth feel. Good. Thanks Radek. badgerben (3605), Blaine, Minnesota, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Feb 14, 2008 A very nice-looking pour with a full, foamy head and lacing. New agey label. In general I like organic products (like coffee and meat) and find them superior, but I am not sure if this applies to beer too. Full aroma of yeast, hops, funk, and grass. The flavor is a little dry and sour, and fairly light-bodied for an amber. Probably solid for sessions and with meals, but not as inspiring as it wants to be. Probably the highest of the Peak ales. cheapdark (2047), Monacatootha, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 31, 2007 Sampled at Cellar’s Wine & Spirits in St Paul, MN. Pours a clear light amber brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that leaves behind a fine film and thin white ring. Aroma of light multi-grained biscuits, some fruity character of pear and apples, and some roasted nuts. Taste is medium bodied, light carbonation with flavors of dry multi-grain and caramel malt and some grass hops. Finish is slightly gritty, semi-dry with a some grainy aftertaste. joebrew (608), Farewell Minny; Hello Puyallup, Washington, USA

Nice sweet biscuity malt with a touch of honey, light fruity notes and a light roasted nuttiness. Mouthfeel is actually kind of nice, with a good dose of sweet honey, biscuit, and floral hops. Not bad for an organic
