Commercial Description:
A unique India Pale Ale, showcasing our favorite hops. The Amarillo®, Simcoe®, and Nugget hops give this beer a bounty of hop flavor and aroma without too much bitterness in the finish.

not too bad, i wasnt sure of what to expect, had this one on draft @ gaslamp grill. somehow, im not sure, you can tell that its organic, like its missing a certain ingrediant that normal beers have, good IPA though.

citrus nose gives way to soft yet green end. substantial lemon and peach mixed with an interesting savory note. substantial beer with a solid ABV and a big surprise from this brewery which is a bit ’middle-of-the-road’ usually.

Pours a nice cloudy orange color. Medium head and good lacing. Aroma was hoppy. Taste was hoppy with pine and resin. Pretty good IPA - one of the better organic beers I have had.

Bottle… Clear golden ale with a large, billowing, white head. Great retention. Herbal spicy aroma – a bit odd, actually. Medium to full-bodied with moderate carbonation. The flavor delivers a kiss of caramel and then medium to heavy bitterness kicks in. Lengthy, bitter, dry finish.

On tap at the Midway. A decent IPA with a full body and sticky sweet pine flavors and aromas. Pour is a dull orange with a nice offwhite head. First whiff is of some caramel sweetness that fades into the pine and floral notes. Flavor is resin and pine up front and a nice bitter finish.

Bottle. Aroma of citrus and floral notes with crackery malt. Flavor is medium strong on both the sides of bitterness and sweet malt with decent doses of citrus and grass. Quite good actually for the level of bitterness/hoppiness they probably wanted to attain.

Somewhat cloudy orange copper with light white carbonation and thin lacing. Sweet hoppy aroma, with some molasses. Short buttery taste with a hop bitter finish.

Purs a lovely clear amber with a thick off-white head that sticks around a bit. Aroma is richly hoppy to the point of being like evergreen. Flavor is very hoppy and not too bitter with a yeasty tone and a touch of citrus. Texture is lively, edgy and fizzy, a delight to drink.
