Commercial Description:
A unique India Pale Ale, showcasing our favorite hops. The Amarillo®, Simcoe®, and Nugget hops give this beer a bounty of hop flavor and aroma without too much bitterness in the finish.

not too bad, i wasnt sure of what to expect, had this one on draft @ gaslamp grill. somehow, im not sure, you can tell that its organic, like its missing a certain ingrediant that normal beers have, good IPA though.

@NH Brewers Fest–on tap-pours a tight off white head and gold color. Aroma is pine/citrus. Taste is pine/citrus-lemon hops, some light/medium malt. Finishes dryish. OK carbonation/effervescence.

Pours copper with a strong white head. Light bodied. Aroma of citrus, with little to no malt complexity. Bitter finish. Tasted more like an American APA than IPA. But not bad.

Draft at Carrboro Bev Co. Soft orange pour with an abundant head. Aroma is very nicely clean, dry but with a hint of resin and sweet fruit. Full mouthfeel, and tons of Amarillo playing around for sure (bit of that Simcoe juice backs it up). Almost comes across like a fusion of SNPA and Green Flash. Pretty nice, I’ll probably look for this in a sixer.

Hazy orange pour. White head. Juicy citrus, fruit and light hops on the nose. Flavor is smooth and a bit sweet. Good citrus peel hop bite on the finish.

A: Poured with an average-sized, fizzy white head... some fairly good lacing on the sides of the glass in web patterns. Body is a beautiful orange color, and hazy. S: Very nice aroma of hops, and a fruitiness in there that I can’t put my finger on... almost like strawberries. Pine notes present as well. T: Excellent flavor on this IPA... lightly sweet at the beginning, due to the fruitiness mentioned in the aroma, and then it finishes bitter. This isn’t a knock-your-socks-off bitterness, but it’s present with a touch of dryness, yet the beer as a whole is actually quite smooth and very drinkable. M: Medium-bodied and creamy, with soft-average carbonation. D: An excellent IPA, one that I could drink regularly (if I could only buy it regularly) and consistently enjoy.

Hazy orange pour. Off white head and drippy lace. Toffee, caramel and tropical fruit on the nose. Body is a little thin especially given ABV. I guess it means the ABV is well masked. Hoppy flavor. Grapefruit, pine and resin

citrus nose gives way to soft yet green end. substantial lemon and peach mixed with an interesting savory note. substantial beer with a solid ABV and a big surprise from this brewery which is a bit ’middle-of-the-road’ usually.
