Pours a clear orange with a very small off white head. Nose is leafy. Flavor is pretty earthy. Leafy like the nose and earthy, but does not really have a mass of complexity or character. Just delivers a firm experience. Feel has a lot of carbonation to it and a good liquid feel. Drinkable, yes. It is good, but like I said it lacks any width of character. It is also a bit too robust to make it a session brew. Nice to try, especially if you want organic, but certainly nothing stellar here.

Label has a picture of a guy lurching along a shoreline. Nice aroma, foamy head. A tart, well-hopped brew with a slight metallic tingle. It could use some more richness and complexity. Average.

Uneventful label on a twist off 12 oz brown bottle. Peak organic pale ale has gunk on the bottom of the bottle. Pour is swirling if done like a wheat beer. Decent carbonation for a pale ale. But, could use more. Quite above average for an ale. Less bitter than I expected for a pale ale.

Amber beer, white head. Aroma is quite buttery with light herbal/spicy hop aroma. Rich malty aroma, light butterscotch and caramel. Flavour is decent... sweetly malty with light butterscotch and a herbal bitterness on the back. A kiss of fruity citrus. Fairly assertive bitterness.

12oz. Bottle: Aroma of ringwood, butter, and caramel. Poured amber in color with a medium-sized, dense, off-white head, that lasted throughout. Hazy. Sparkling. Flavor of butter, ringwood, and caramel. Light ot medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Buttery, Ringwood finish. Overall, too much Rongwood. Gross.

Sampled at Cellar’s Wine & Spirits in St Paul, MN. Pours a clear light copper amber brew with a thick off-white head that has some good retention and excellent lacing. Aroma of light citrus zest with a touch of caramel malt. Taste is medium bodied, light carbonated with flavors of a good balance of citrus and grapefruit zest and semi-sweet caramel malt, Finish is slightly dry and a mild bitterness that linger around after the finish. Nice, average and solid American Pale Ale.

Clear copper bodied with lots of bubbling and a firm creamy head that laces heavily, this is a nice sessionable ale. The aroma’s a bit light, sweet grainy malt with grapefruit and tart orange scents. The hoppy citrus bitterness starts the taste, then yields to a light pale malty sweetness, and returns for the moderately bitter finish. Nice.

12oz bottle. Golden-orange color, a little murky. Nice foamy head. Crisp and dry, with a cooling hop feel. Hop character comes out with a nice bite up front, and whole beer mellows towards the finish. Pretty good session beer.
