On tap. POured gold with a decent head. It showed notes of citrus on the nose and lite hits of malt. This was similar oin the palate. It had a nice finish that was smooth.

Bottle. Malty, citrus aroma and flavor, some bready notes and a bit of tartness. Drinkable but not a keeper.

12oz bottle, consumed 7/919/07, BBE 09/07. Pale filtered golden color with short lived white foam. Aroma of cascade-ish hops and a little crystal malt. Flavor start off with some bitterness and fades as the malt starts to come to task. Very thin body, flavor vanishes with just a few notes of maltiness left on the palate. Easily the best of the Peak Organic trio, but that still does not say much.

Bottle at the Brickskellar. Clear filtered appearance, dark yellow in color. Smelly, sweaty moldy hop nose, taste is pale and moldy hops, wet cardboard and some bad funk as well. Not good.

12 oz bottle, best by April ’07. Hazy amber with a white head. Sweet brady nose with some lemony citrus. Grainy bread flavors, earthy and citrus. Dry, earthy finish. Middling.

This was a bar sample Dek’s in Rocky Point , NY had left over to see if the customers liked it or not. It was so weak with barely any hops or malts, I couldn’t say anything positive other than "next sample, please".

Poured an effervescent golden with a creamy/fizzy white head. Fairly pleasant aroma of some light citrus and a bit of pine hops. Flavor is surprisingly flawed compared to the aroma, with lots of bad butter toffee rearing its ugly head, attempting to pair off with some generic bitterness not reminiscent of any true hop flavor. Blech, not good. Doubt I’ll finish the bottle.

Pours a hazy orange color with a medium sized head. Floral notes, with hops that spring from the aroma. Sweet, citrusy flavor. Kind of watered down, and not much substance in the taste. Light palate. Needs a lot of work.
