On cask for Firkin Fest at the Happy Gnome in St. Paul 09. Had a decent hoppy and light fruity aroma that mixed well together. Very easy drink with a dry malt finish and fresh smooth hops. Good Brew.

It’s okay. A regular pale ale that tastes more hippy and boozy than it should for the ABV

The aroma is dead on for the style but comes off rather weak. It’s got some mild Diacetyl buttery stuff as well as grassy/citrus hops but mostly malt. The appearance is deep gold with an amber hue. The head is about average. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is average for the style but has a touch of soap in the finish. Overall it’s pretty good.

12oz bottle. This is one of the better organics I have had. Did enjoy the nut brown slightly better.

On draught at Hank’s in DC. Golden color, not much head. Slight citrus aroma. Medium body and medium hops, OK bitter finish. Drinkable, but not much character.

Bottle courtesy of Retorp. Pours a clear copper with a one finger off-white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of floral and just a touch of citrus hops with sweet malt and a hint of caramel in the finish. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium mouthfeel with a mild to moderate amount of bitterness. Good.
