Tasted 5/13/08. 12oz bottle. Filtered with an amber hue. Clinging off-white head. Caramel bready aromas. Touch orange and grassy hops. Medium bodied and nutty. Tangy and tart. Dry rye bitterness. Solid pale ale style. Caramel and slight fudgy note. Woody earthy hops. Good balance and palate.

Caramlly orange color with creamy ivory he3ad, mild lacing. Lemony citrus hop aroma. Flavor is mildly bitter, citrussy, medium graininess throws it off a bit. Finishes somewhat plasticy for me.

Aroma was very malty/grainy with some sweet fruity notes. Deep orange in color. Nice smooth wheat flavor in the start and some hop bitterness comes through in the finish of this medium bodied pale ale. Like Peak’s other’s, surprisingly good, but not the best.

Pours golden with a fluffy off-white sudsy head. Sweet grainy aroma. Flavor is artificial sweet malts with medium bitterness, quite grainy. Average palate, medium light with sparkly corse carbonation. Has flavor, however it is not a very coherent brew.

Amber color with a moderate, fairly lasting light khaki colored Head. Interesting aromas of light grapefruit, caraway and rye. I’m suddenly wanting tar-tar. Hints of peat float in and out. Sweet husky malt and a bit of citric zest. This has more light brown flavors than any APA that I can remember. Really not much that I am embracing in this one.

a smooth brew that is not nearly as overpowering as the usual apa. the appearance is amber hued with a large beige head. mildly sweet aroma with just a hint of citrus and a bit caramelly. the flavor is fruity and properly hoppy; it finishes slightly bitter.

Pretty great ale. Light orange in color. Beautiful head. Nice amount of hops. Good bitter finish. From a sampler pack and enjoyed in a friend’s backyard on a cool but sunny day.

Bottle. Poured a hazy orange body with thin head. aroma is malt, vegatable. Flavor is light citrus, sweet malt and an orange candy taste. Really nice mouthfeel and a pleasure to drink on a hot day. Quite impressive...
