| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 18, 2009 A: Poured with a fairly large, white frothy head that diminished to a 1/4-finger size. Body is golden-colored and very slight hazy.
S: Aroma is of light hops... and a slight skunkiness that kind of distracts from the hop smell. Weird.
T: Decent flavor of citrus tones and hops, leading to a moderately-bitter finish. Solid, but nothing spectacular.
M: Medium-bodied and slightly creamy, with average carbonation.
D: Very drinkable... not the best of all the pale ales out there, but far from the worst, either. daknole (2940), Plantation, Florida, USA

Aroma is sweet with cereal grains, stank lagerish notes and a weird meat smell. WTF? Flavor is sweet and very grainy. Light sourish hops on the finish. Meh. kp (8399), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 4, 2009 Bottle… Clear amber ale with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The aroma is of cigarette tobacco and biscuit or toast and a rumor of black tea. Medium-bodied and lightly oily with middling carbonation. The flavor is toasted and bitter – not heavily so on either account – but bitter and tasty nonetheless. Finishes moderately bitter and drying. sfhodense (557), Odense NØ, Denmark
