Draft @ Peaks BrewPub. Dark amber, with a offwhite head. Aroma is very sweet, dried fruit, chocolate, raisin. Taste is a fruity chocolate, raisin, nice hop background. Overall a very smooth drinking barleywine. A very nice suprise, alcohol is extremely well hidden.

Cloudy medium amber. The aroma is sort of footy with a little pear, pine. I guess it works out okay in the end. On the sweet end of the scale, but well extracted malts because they just sort of wash over you, with complex esters (apricot, pear) and light woody hops to add style. Fun stuff.
