(Street Brawler Stout) Poured black with a thin beige head. Sweet and roasted aroma with caramel and milk. Medium, smooth body. Flavor is roasted with smoke, caramel, and milk chocolate. Aroma consists of bittersweet cocoa, toast, and almonds. Slightly sour oat flavour and bittersweet chocolate are the more prominent flavours here. Finishes with coffee bitterness.

Aroma of roasted barley, sour grain with some smoky finish. Flavour/Palate :Strong, grainy roasty character, smoky roasty middle. Character long lasting. Rich full flavored stout.
red éric (1376), montréal, Quebec, Canada Mar 6, 2007 Dark brown color, with a creamy tan-colored-head, leaving laces, mild beacon smokiness, with dark malt roastiness nose, faint fruity note, with a coffee, black chocolatey accent in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a dark roasted malt character, with a burnt toast note, dark roasted coffee bean, mild cocoa-mochaish note, with some spicy vanilla, hint of licorice, leading towards a roastiness bitterness finish.
