Pours yellow with a thin white head. Caramel, grain, and butter in the aroma, as well as some trace hops. Medium body. Flavor again has a faint honey or caramel sweetness to it, as well as a light bready note. Finishes with a very faint hoppy note. Not bad.

2008-05-17. Crisp yellow body with a small creamy white head that leaves a touch of lace (3+). Grainy grassy aroma, light straw, noble hops? Very lightly floral. Similar notes in the flavour, light grains, straw, light bitterness. Average palate. OK, one of their better ones? Sampler at the brewpub.

Bright yellow gold color, with a small white head, sweet pale malt, with a honeyish accent, weak hoppiness in the aroma follows through on a light-bodied palate with a sweet grainy pale malt, watery, faint citrus floral hop, leading towards a lingering mild hop bitterness finish.
