Jun 6, 2008 Pours yellow with a thin white head. Caramel, grain, and butter in the aroma, as well as some trace hops. Medium body. Flavor again has a faint honey or caramel sweetness to it, as well as a light bready note. Finishes with a very faint hoppy note. Not bad.

May 19, 2008 2008-05-17. Crisp yellow body with a small creamy white head that leaves a touch of lace (3+). Grainy grassy aroma, light straw, noble hops? Very lightly floral. Similar notes in the flavour, light grains, straw, light bitterness. Average palate. OK, one of their better ones? Sampler at the brewpub.

Nose :Creamy, buttery top with sweeter bottom. Plain 4+

Flavour/Palate : Grainy , soft character. Pale malt with velvet like hint, bready middle. Soft finish. Gently made but quiet thin on substance.

Mar 6, 2007 Bright yellow gold color, with a small white head, sweet pale malt, with a honeyish accent, weak hoppiness in the aroma follows through on a light-bodied palate with a sweet grainy pale malt, watery, faint citrus floral hop, leading towards a lingering mild hop bitterness finish.
