Pearl Street Triple Double

Tripel Dubbel pours very light with almost no head. This beer has a nice sweet finish to it and has a good balanced texture and taste. I really enjoyed this pick from Pearl Street.

Head dissipates almost immediately. A little light in terms of appearance. Malty sweet aroma that becomes maple when it hits the tounge. Some bright, tart grassy hops as well as earthy ones at the finish. Very rich.

Pours hazy amber with light tan head. Nose is malty with hints of chocolate and smokiness. Start is creamy and has chocolate hints. Middle to finish is slightly smoky and malty. Caramel notes in finish. Needs some more hops and color could be a bit darker.
