Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Red amber colour. Moderate malty light hoppy aroma. Light bitter and sweet flavor. Nice chocolate notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Nice well-balanced beer.

Aug 17, 2008 Dark brown colored with medium sized light brown head. Slightly hazy appearance. Sweet and syrupy aroma, some brown sugar also here. Medium bodied, crispy palate. Flavor is similar: sugary and caramelly, some biting bitterness in aftertaste with caramel still.

Aug 16, 2008 In bottiglia al ristorante Le Troubadour a Montmartre (consigliatissimo), è una birra che credevo fermamente ad alta fermentazione, di colore scuro con riflessi rossicci e schiuma beige chiara molto evanescente. Aroma dolciastro, sapore banale e metallico.
