| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Nov 16, 2007 Huge lasting yellowy head tops the cloudy light copper hue. Very malty, almost with a wheaty hint underneath. It is an kinda earthy rendition where sandy and gentle leafy bitterness never quite cuts through the cerealic and grainy sweetness. A bit simple as far as its toasty or caramelly subtleties go. More fruitiness would also give it a sense of purpose. A it is, a sweet, honeyed and fizzy bock. jbrus (4903), Delft, Netherlands
