Commercial Description: This special, once a year beer is produced with 400 pounds of freshly picked, "wet" Glacier hops from Goschie Farms in Silverton, OR. The hops were only 4 hours old when they went into the kettle. The mash tun was also used as a hop back, holding 280 pounds of hops!!! This beer features a huge grassy, floral, herbal and melon hop aroma and a firm malt background.
