Clear golden with thin white head and a fruity aroma. Tart, sour and dry. What is distracting is a musty flavor. Not sure where that comes from or why it’s there.

Bomber. Pours cloudy gold with a thin and fading white head. Spicy nose. Light body and full carbonation. A little fruit in the taste, but it’s quickly submerged under a wave of carbonation and corriander.

This cloudy yellow beer poured with a decent white head and a fruity aroma. This is a rather typical witbier with some nice spices and a crisp citrus finish.

Sampled at Pelican in Pac CIty, OR--Hazy yellow-mustard body with very small white head. Mild wheat and citrus nose. Some zesty bite in mouth, but mostly just dull and undeveloped.

Draft at Oregon Brewers Festival, Portland, OR. Small white head that mostly lasted, few drops of lacing, minimal carbonation, transparent, and a yellow hue. Nose was crisp, sweet, clove, and spicy notes. Flavor was sweet, spicy, crisp, and refreshing. Tingly mouthfeel. Overall a quaffable brew, but not one that knocked my socks off. Nothing stood out with this one to want to have it again.

This draft brew from the Oregon Brewers festival poured a small sized head of foamy fine to medium sized bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a transparent softly carbonated yellow colored body and a fair lacing. The aroma was malty lambic like dirty sock and mild fruit. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a bubbly aftertaste. The flavor contained notes of malt sour and mild citrus. Not one that I would likely buy again.

This brew is a clear yellow-gold color with a thick and foamy white head that lasts awhile. Patchy lacing. Wheaty aroma with touches of spice. Light-bodied and rather carbonated with flavors of wheat, citrus and lightly peppery hops. The finish is wheaty with a bit of citrus aftertaste. Decent overall
